The Career Pathways Training (CPT) Program Partner Toolkit was designed with our partners in mind, providing ready-to-use materials for a variety of audiences and platforms. Below, you’ll find approved assets to help promote and market the CPT Program effectively across multiple channels.
ToolKit Best Practices
To ensure clear and effective communication, we’ve outlined key best practices for using the CPT Program Partner Toolkit, including key messaging guidelines, visual branding, targeted distribution and prohibited practices. Please review and follow these guidelines to maximize impact. By doing so, you’ll help raise awareness and connect more individuals to the program.
Reminder: All publicity regarding the work, services, performance, and/or the CPT Program may not be released without prior written approval from FLPPS. Publicity includes but is not limited to:

- Discussions or presentations at conferences or meetings
- And/or the inclusion of State materials, the State’s name, or other such references to the State in any document or forum.

Brochure
The CPT Program brochure contains general information about the program, where to find information about the program, and how to enroll. There are two options available, one for in-house printing and one for professional printing.

Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS) is a NYS-designated Workforce Investment Organization (WIO) selected by the NYS Department of Health to support regional management of the CPT Program. The FLPPS WIO is focused on strengthening the healthcare workforce through programs and services that diversify the healthcare workforce pipeline and provide opportunities for those who many not otherwise have them, while supporting
the community’s economic mobility.
