Ready to take the next step?

Complete the Participant Interest Form to start your CPT Program journey. If you are eligible, you will receive an email from our data partner, GoCo, with further instructions. If you do not meet eligibility requirements, you will also be notified.

This is a multi-step process that may take up to two weeks to complete. Please ensure you allow yourself enough time to complete the application.

Your final application and signed Participant Agreement must then be completed at least two weeks before your academic program starts. For example, if your program starts on September 15th, your application must be reviewed and approved by September 2nd.

Please note that some participating educational institutions may have reached their capacity for CPT participants. If this affects your eligibility, we will notify you and provide guidance on next steps.
